5. Support and Maintenance:
Reasonable support is provided as outlined in the service level agreement. Additional services may have separate agreements and fees.
6. Limitation of Liability:
Nedusoft is not liable for any damages. Liability is limited to fees paid for the software.
7. Termination:
Either party can terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, cease software use.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

9. Entire Agreement:
This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
