DATA COLLECTED VIA FACEBOOK LEAD ADS INTEGRATION

Onespot Nexus Info Pvt Ltd integrates with the Meta (Facebook) Lead Ads platform to collect lead information submitted by users through Facebook and Instagram lead forms. Through thisintegration, we receive and store the following data that users voluntarily submit on Meta’s

platforms:

  •  Full name

  •  Email address

  •  Phone number

  •  School or institution name (where provided)

  •  Any other fields included in the specific lead form

This data is received via the Meta Platform API using the leads_retrieval permission and is used solely for the purpose of contacting the lead regarding Nedusoft’s school and college ERP

software products and services. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than direct sales or support communication.

This data is stored securely within our CRM system and is accessible only to authorized

personnel of Onespot Nexus Info Pvt Ltd

META PLATFORM PERMISSIONS WE USE

As part of our Facebook Lead Ads integration, our application uses the following permissions granted through the Meta for Developers platform:

  •  leads_retrieval — To access lead data submitted via Facebook Lead Ad forms linked to

       our clients’ Facebook Pages.

  •  pages_manage_metadata — To subscribe to and manage webhook events for Facebook Pages.

  •  pages_read_engagement — To read basic engagement data from Facebook Pages associated

       with our integration.

  •  pages_show_list — To list the Facebook Pages a user manages, for configuration purposes.

These permissions are used strictly for the operation of our lead management feature. We do not use these permissions to access any user data beyond what is necessary for the lead

capture and CRM workflow.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION OF YOUR DATA

You have the right to request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. To submit a data deletion request, please contact us using one of the following methods:

  •  Account and contact information provided directly through our website or application

       thereafter for record-keeping purposes.

  •  Log files and analytics data are retained for up to 12 months.

Once the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
